Tons of players on the field now have slip on shin guards. They have a lot of benefits, no itchy Velcro, no irritating marks left on your skin, etc. However, these trending shin guards have a downside, they tend to slip out! The easy solution: Electrical tape! Players everywhere are using electrical tape to keep slip on shin guards from falling out and sliding down your sock. Most players have electrical tape in two places, one piece of tape wrapped around the area above the shinguard, and one piece wrapped around below the shin guard. My sister's and I, however, wrap it all around our socks in funky designs. It keeps the shin guards in and looks cool!
